Guarantee

All products of «Spectrum», except for the product to participate in the car and motorcycle competitions, are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period one year from the date of sale of the shock absorber and extends only to repair suspension or replacement.

Liability Company does not cover removal / installation, delivery of the shock absorber to the service center and labor costs, which resulted in a failure .
The company is also not responsible for damage or failure of the shock absorber as a consequence of its incorrect installation or adjustment.

The Warranty will also be refused if:

• shock absorber damage inflicted during installation or removal
• damage to the shock absorber rod is applied in the course of its operation with sand, rocks or other external mechanical action, including lack of timely cleaning of the shock absorber if the snow / ice from dirt.
• shock trying to open is not authorized by the mechanics.
• failure occurred in consequence of the vehicle an aggressive operation or when participating in any sporting event.
